- Meta ads create demand. You put the product in front of people by interest and behaviour. Strong for visual, impulse products.
Which for which business?
- High search volume / urgent service (plumbing, moving, legal): Google first.
- Visual product / brand (café, boutique, cosmetics): Meta first.
- E-commerce: usually both — Google Shopping + Meta retargeting.
Budget
Start small, shift by data. Put weight where customers come cheapest.
