This document serves as both the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. By ticking the consent box at checkout, the Buyer confirms they have read and accepted it.
2. Subject
The sale and delivery of digital products (intangible goods delivered instantly by electronic means) and/or service packages ordered via algow.net, with features and prices stated on the product page and order summary.
3. Price & Payment
- Prices are shown in Turkish Lira, VAT included.
- Payment is processed by iyzico secure payment infrastructure with 3D Secure. Card details never reach or get stored on the Seller's servers.
4. Delivery
- Digital products: download links are emailed automatically after payment confirmation (default validity: 7 days / 5 downloads per link).
- Service packages: the Seller contacts the Buyer within 1 business day to finalize scope and timeline.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to services performed instantly by electronic means or intangible goods delivered instantly (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, art. 15). For digital products, delivery is deemed complete when the download link is issued; once downloading begins, withdrawal is no longer available. For service packages, withdrawal is possible before performance begins.

6. Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
7. Effect
This agreement is concluded upon order confirmation. The order summary is an integral part of it and is emailed to the Buyer.
