Digital products
- Download links are emailed automatically right after payment confirmation and also shown on the result page.
- Links are valid for 7 days, up to 5 downloads each, by default.
- Didn't get the email? Check spam first, then write to info@algow.net with your order number — we'll resend the links.
Service packages
- We contact you within 1 business day after payment.
- Scope, timeline and deliverables are finalized together; one point of contact throughout.
Refunds
Digital products
- If the download link is unused, you may request a full refund within 14 days.
- Once downloading begins, the instant-performance exception under Turkish law applies and withdrawal is no longer available.
- Corrupt, incomplete or misdescribed files are exempt from this rule: write to us and we'll fix the file or refund you.
Service packages
- Cancel before work begins for a full refund.
- After work begins, the completed portion is deducted and the remainder may be refunded, assessed case by case.
Process
- Email info@algow.net with your order number and request.
- We reply within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds go back to the original card via PayTR; banks may take 1–3 weeks to post it.
