Altınışık Turizm is a passenger carrier running daily trips between Ankara and Kırıkkale. When the company opened student shuttle routes for the 2026–2027 academic year, we started in two places: the page where students reserve their seat, and the paper trip sheet drivers fill in to close the day. The same team also took on the visual side of the campaign.
The pre-registration site is live at altinisik.algow.net. Students choose a route and how many days a week they will ride; the monthly fee is calculated instantly from the route and the boarding point, and the Ankara stops and faculties come from ready-made lists. On the company side, registrations are filtered by route in a panel and downloaded as an Excel file. A separate layer guards against lost sign-ups: a submission that cannot be written to the database falls into a recovery log and appears as a warning in the panel, and the database is backed up every night.
The bookkeeping app was written from the company’s own trip sheet. Drivers sign in with their phone number and a six-digit PIN, pick the vehicle they drove and enter trips and expenses in the same order as the paper form, while the app does the totals. The sheet submitted at the end of the day goes to the owner for approval and only reaches the ledger once approved. Passengers on each trip are split into cash, obilet, Visa and shuttle; obilet and card-terminal commissions are deducted with dated rates, and each vehicle’s carried-over balance moves from one day to the next on its own. Trips where cash does not match the passenger count, missing sheets and records waiting too long for approval are flagged separately on the owner’s daily board. The office’s income and expenses, subscribed students and civil servants, and the cash and bank accounts are kept in the same app. The app screens in the gallery below were captured with sample data.
On the campaign side, two short ad films were produced: an announcement film that brings the shuttle questions circulating in student group chats to the screen, and the story of a mother whose phone lights up every morning with the message “Bindim anne.” (“I’m on board, mum.”). Instagram series, launch posts for the student account, A3 posters and print-ready CMYK files carry the same voice, and every piece is built on the company’s real logo and the vehicle’s real livery.
