Problem
Most estate agencies keep their portfolio only on large property portals: the customer remembers the portal rather than the brand, every listing sits next to a competitor's, and each one costs a listing fee or commission. The agency's own site is usually a brochure page with contact details — without the filtering, per-listing address and easy updating that property search actually needs.
Solution
- A listing index filtered by location/title search, sale vs. rent, room count, budget ceiling and featured status, with sorting by price and floor area
- A separate detail page with its own URL for every listing (gallery, specifications, location, consultant) — a structure that scales as the portfolio grows and lets a single property be shared on its own
- The homepage search carries into the filters via URL parameters, so visitors never have to describe what they want twice
- A dedicated admin panel to add, edit and remove listings — the agency maintains its own portfolio
- Mobile-first flow that moves the visitor from a listing card to the consultant or an enquiry
Technology
For an estate agency a website is not a business card but the portfolio's own storefront: it makes listings searchable, gives every property a shareable address, and ties the customer to the agency rather than the portal. This sample is our reference for estate agencies and property consultants who want a listing site of their own.
FAQ
Is this a real agency or a sample? +
It is a sample/concept work for the real-estate sector; the listings and the "KONAK Gayrimenkul" brand are illustrative. Identity, listing fields and flow are customised per agency.
How are listings managed? +
Listings are added, edited and removed from a separate admin panel. In this demo they are stored in the browser for demonstration purposes; in a real project they live in a server-side database, with photo uploads and user authentication added.
Why do I need my own site if I already list on portals? +
A portal lists you next to your competitors and the customer remembers the portal, not your brand. Your own site gathers the portfolio at your address, gives each property a shareable link and lets you show up in search under your own name — it works alongside the portals, not instead of them.
